Return & Refund Policy

At Leibeh Hair Co., we take pride in providing premium raw human hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect length or texture selection, or products that have been worn, installed, washed, colored, or altered.

Store Credit Exceptions

Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Leibeh Hair Co.

Approved items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all seals and ties intact. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping on discretionary returns.

Store credit is not guaranteed and requires prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact support@leibehhairco.com within 72 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos.

Eligible claims will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
